Heather McCargo, founder of the Wild Seed Project, will lead an hour-long tour of Portland’s Western Cemetery identifying native plants growing there at 4 p.m. this Thursday May 19. The sandy soils and low-level management should have prompted interesting species. The tour is free, open to the public and will meet at the stone entry gate at Vaughan and Clifford streets.
