WHO:  Conservation commissioners, planning board members, other municipal board members, municipal staff, community volunteers, and others interested in habitat protection

WHAT:   An introductory workshop to learn about the Beginning with Habitat program’s toolbox for municipalities, and get a chance to check out their online habitat map viewer.

WHEN:  Thursday, May 6, 3:00 – 4:30 p.m. (Note: The presentations will be recorded, for those who can’t join us at this time)

COST:  Free of charge, but you must register (link above).

Zoom into your local ecosystem with this interactive demo on the Beginning with Habitat toolbox! Find out how these tools can support your community’s conservation goals by providing comprehensive information on the location and quality of waters, wetlands, plant and animal habitats, and large unfragmented landscapes statewide. Learn about other conservation tools available as well.
